Dusty common areas need attention.

Location suited my needs for a trade fair. Breakfast offered decent options for starting the day.

Lack of adequate cooling made my room uncomfortably hot. The absence of curtains left me rolling down storm shutters at night. Dirty carpets and bugs were quite distracting, while doors slamming and exercise noises from above echoed throughout the hotel.

Enjoyed how pleasant the property was and its excellent staff during the check-out. The location was good and absolutely perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. There were a shopping area and a market around the hotel.

Great location in the city center, CLEAN restaurants in the local area. The great and very welcoming staff all round.

The brekfast was very nice for 7 euros.

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, and a gym would have been an added bonus!

Loved the spacious room with a nice desk and big windows. The breakfast spread was solid too! Very thoughtful staff. But the mattress could’ve been a little firmer for my taste. Pretty great!

The hotel was pleasant and delightful with welcoming employees during the check-out. The room was fairly quiet and what's more - included a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets...

Not too far from the city center but in the same time it's a quiet place. Clean & cosy rooms, friendly personal, affordable price, quite comfortable in total.

The hotel location is a bit tricky to drive to and a bit longer from city center to walk (about 25-30 minutes). No free internet access. And the restaurant closes rather early.

Request a room not facing the street to avoid noise. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety, including fresh fruits and pastries that cater to diverse tastes.

convenient for the city centre and a nice area, the staff were pleasant even when giving the bad news, ie no air-con in our room and the restaurant closed. Breakfast was however good and well presented in what are somewhat utilitarian surrounds.

Decor very orange in the room and of poor quality, very utilitarian, Bed linen rather ancient and as previously stated, noA/C in our room(only eight rooms have it). and of course the restaurant closed on a Tues night although there are nearby restaurants, but after a long drive we had not expected to have to go out

Friendly staff made a difference

Waking up to the cheerful smiles of the staff was a delight. They quickly solved any issue, and the breakfast spread was excellent.

The lack of air conditioning was good, and street noise kept us awake at night. Rooms lack sound insulation, which can be a dealbreaker for light sleepers.

We have stayed here several times and always enjoy it. The staff are very helpful and polite. You can leave your luggage if you arrive before the check-in time or indeed after you checkout, which makes things much handier. The room was well prepared, I.E. clean and tidy as always. The hotel is only about a 10-12 minute walk from the centre of town so I find the location excellent and as a result good value for money. There is also a good selection to satisfy everyone's tastebuds in the breakfast buffet!
